Job Description:

We are looking for a Semi-Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend depending on business needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a global talent environment, sourcing and hiring the best candidates across Europe, the US, and LATAM, for roles in Tech, Marketing, and Publishing, among others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned vacancies, ensuring speed and quality
  • Lead intake conversations with Hiring Managers to clarify role requirements, seniority, and interview processes
  • Screen inbound applications and actively source candidates, focusing on new sourcing approaches
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and build shortlists to present to Hiring Managers
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, receiving guidance and feedback, while being expected to operate independently and take full ownership of your scope
  • Collaborate with Local HR Managers, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidates in our ATS and use automations to reduce manual administration
  • Maintain strong pipeline visibility and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter for at least 3 years
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills
  • Hands-on experience with active sourcing, especially for hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work autonomously with clear ownership and accountability
  • Experience working in a global or distributed organisation
  • Motivation to work with recruitment automation and process improvement using AI
  • Strong drive to deliver results, improve processes, and continuously raise the bar on hiring quality and speed
