Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced SDR Campaigns Manager to join our Sales Development team! The role involves overseeing SDR outreach content strategy, team leadership, and stakeholder alignment to ensure high conversion rates and effective collaboration across teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the SDP Outreach library + content strategy for their geo/business unit
  • Create Sequences, Templates, and Snippets to ensure high conversion rates and low unsubscribe rates
  • Regularly audit content to keep messaging, links, and attachments up to date
  • Manage libraries, collections, and smart views for SDR Outreach content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to add relevant content, such as marketing snippets or whitepaper attachments
  • Coach on best proactive for SDR content writing, Outreach sequence structure, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategically work with geo-based and global SDR managers, + Marketing teams on broader team strategy
  • Ensure the team follows proper cadence, generates high-quality content, and meets timelines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with demand marketing, field marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, take-off teams, sales, sales operations, and SDR leaders on campaign requests
  • Manage the SDR outbound campaign calendar, prioritize campaigns, and update stakeholders
  • Partner with the SDR Leadership team to ensure alignment and timely progress of deliverables
  • Work with SDR Operations to target the right personas/accounts and improve campaign conversion rates QoQ
  • Ensure inbound marketing leads have 'Recommended Outreach Sequences' associated with them
  • Create new/custom Outreach content with marketing teams when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong operational command of the SDR role, including the art and science of prospecting both deeply and widely
  • Detail-oriented and creative mindset
  • High proficiency in written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of how SDR, Marketing, and Sales collaborate in an Account-Based Selling motion versus a velocity/high transaction model

  • Experience in managing or leading SDR teams
  • Admin or SME (Outreach/Salesloft), SFDC, and LinkedIn SalesNav
