Our client is a globally connected technology organization offering cloud-based solutions and workforce services across 170+ markets. They provide scalable platforms, compliance-ready systems, and localized support to help businesses expand internationally. ROLE This is an execution and support-oriented role. All activities must be conducted under the direct instruction, authorization, and supervision of the internal Alibaba manager. The primary function is to ensure accurate and efficient execution of strategic directives within outsourced (BPO) teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in preliminary BPO vendor screening, background checks, and onboarding tracking strictly according to internal manager instructions
  • Draft documentation, coordinate legal reviews, and manage archiving within pre-approved contract and SLA frameworks
  • Monitor BPO compliance execution daily/weekly and escalate risks, disputes, or anomalies
  • Execute dispute resolution protocols only when explicitly authorized
  • Translate predefined regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies into actionable tasks for BPO teams
  • Execute recruitment workflows (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation reporting) based on approved headcount plans
  • Ensure all hiring decisions receive final confirmation from the internal manager
  • Organize and track training sessions based on standardized curriculum
  • Collect and report feedback data for managerial review
  • Maintain and validate sales data within defined KPI frameworks
  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, including 3+ years managing BPO or third-party vendors globally
  • Fluency in English, Chinese and Spanish is required
