Job Responsibility

  • Manage and take full responsibility for assigned markets and regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end order handling processes, including order entry, shipments, and logistics coordination
  • Monitor distributor stock levels and address backorder situations proactively
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, production planning, and commercial teams) to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Simplify and manage export documentation processes to meet country-specific requirements
  • Handle product returns, issue credit notes, and address customer inquiries comprehensively
  • Actively seek and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within multinational corporations, including responsibility for order management
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Higher education or equivalent professional experience demonstrating business maturity and structured approach to work
  • Strong ability to take ownership and make decisions in day-to-day operations
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and very good command of Excel
  • Experience in export sales processes or logistics is a big advantage
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
