As the business moves into its next phase of expansion, we are now seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join as a Global Sales & Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director/CEO, the Global Sales & Marketing Manager will lead commercial strategy across UK Sales, International Distribution, Marketing, and New Business Development. This role is central to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, strengthening distributor networks, and successfully commercialising new product innovations. You will lead and develop four key functions (with further growth expected in 2026/2027). This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven leader who can unite teams, drive strategic direction, and steer the business into its next chapter of global growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional commercial teams
Manage performance, KPIs, and support field activities
Promote collaboration and a high-performance culture
Oversee UK commercial performance across NHS microbiology, haematology, and biochemistry
Support tenders, pricing, budgeting, and national pipeline development
Manage global distributors, reviewing performance, contracts, pricing, and territory growth
Drive new white-label, patent product, and distribution partnerships
Lead global commercialisation of new and existing products
Identify new markets across clinical, environmental, and industrial sectors
Build and manage a new business pipeline and conduct market analysis
Engage ELISA/PCR manufacturers for OEM and integration opportunities
Coordinate onboarding, NDAs, documentation, and technical validation with R&D
Support new product development through to launch and negotiate long-term supply agreements
Oversee global marketing strategy and brand consistency
Approve key campaigns and track ROI and lead generation
Work with Finance on pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and contracts
Monitor commercial KPIs and report monthly to the CEO
Ensure effective CRM usage and support global events and training
Lead annual commercial planning and budgeting
