In Coloplast Business Centre we are responsible for global financial operations, orders administration, P&C, IT, Legal support, marketing & data analysis activities, and many others. We are part of People & Culture (P&C), and our diverse team is based out of Denmark and Poland. We cover a lot of different areas from Executive Remuneration, Global Rewards and Job Architecture to Global Mobility, People Data & Analytics, and HQ payroll and benefits. In Global Rewards, we are responsible for developing, implementing, overseeing and executing on all strategic elements related to global rewards across our organization, and everything we do is founded on data. This role will support across the full reward area working in a matrix set-up with a variety of tasks from ensuring a smooth annual salary regulation process end-to-end, to data collection, ad hoc analysis and development of market aligned and business relevant salary ranges for our countries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating and running the global salary survey data submission for all participating countries (+45 countries) to our external benchmark provider
  • Developing salary ranges for the countries in collaboration with local P&C partners
  • Supporting on the Annual Salary Review process (we use SuccessFactors Compensation Module): Preparing activities associated with system aspects of the salary regulation process ahead of tool opening as well as hyper care support while the tool is open and after it closes
  • Focusing on continuous improvement and simplification opportunities
  • Educating HRBPs and leaders across countries on the Compensation Module and global salary review process and principles
  • Running the Annual Salary Review for select entities outside of system in Excel
  • Working independently with general guidance to solve tasks, e.g. ad hoc analysis, even when the next steps may not necessarily be predefined
  • Supporting the Global Rewards team in job evaluations of select positions using Mercer's IPE methodology
  • Assisting with the development, coordination and implementation of Reward projects
  • Delivering ad hoc reports, designing tools and preparing analytics on a variety of Reward matters
  • Seeking knowledge and keeping updated with relevant HR processes and IT standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience working with HR, C&B or as an analyst (preferably in international company)
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency both spoken and in writing
  • An understanding of and/or desire to learn about and understand compensation principles and fundamentals – we love a curious mindset
  • An analytical profile with attention to detail who enjoys working with data and numbers
  • Advanced practical use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating ad hoc reports and analyzing data
  • Professionalism and integrity to maintain the confidentiality of data
  • Experience from project-based work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Mercer WIN is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Compensation Module (SAP SuccessFactors or similar tool supporting the compensation processes) is an advantage
