Job Description:

A 6-month role responsible for leading the creation and execution of premium, on-brand, and engaging content that empowers global retail teams and drives sales performance. The role involves designing, elevating, and implementing training for the Monica Vinader experience and coordinating the annual global training summit.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop high-quality digital training content for new product launches
  • Produce digital content for operational processes
  • Design and develop new training modules for customer service and customer engagement
  • Maintain and update training content across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with Retail Excellence Consultant and stakeholders
  • Spend time in stores to understand learner's journey and support training
  • Use engagement data and feedback to improve content
  • Lead coordination and execution of annual global training summit
