As the Global Retail Strategy & Excellence Lead, you will define, refine, and elevate the retail experience across all Resmed markets. This role sits at the centre of our global Direct-to-Consumer organisation, driving both the strategic direction and hands-on enablement that help markets deliver best-in-class retail experiences. You’ll evolve our global retail framework, strengthen visual merchandising standards, and build retail capabilities across markets — from store design and customer journey to staff training and activation. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that bridges strategy, design, and delivery to make the Resmed retail experience a key growth driver globally.
Job Responsibility:
Refine and evolve Resmed’s existing global retail framework to ensure it works effectively across markets and store formats
Partner closely with eCommerce, Revenue, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers
Define global retail KPIs and success metrics to measure and report performance
Continuously capture market feedback and insights to evolve guidelines and frameworks over time
Drive the evolution of the in-store experience — from physical environment and merchandising to in-store customer journey design
Lead global visual merchandising standards and execution principles to ensure consistency and impact across markets
Develop and implement a scalable staff training framework focused on elevating in-store engagement and selling effectiveness
Pilot new retail formats, technologies, and experience concepts to inspire market execution and innovation
Collaborate with internal creative, product, and digital teams to bring the brand story to life in-store
Work with regional and local teams to ensure effective rollout of retail initiatives and frameworks
Manage relationships with external design, production, and retail experience agencies to ensure high-quality delivery, on-brand execution, and budget management
Build strong cross-functional and cross-market relationships to ensure alignment and shared accountability for retail success
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8–10 years’ experience in retail marketing, retail operations, or consumer/shopper marketing
Proven experience in designing and executing retail experience strategies across multiple markets
Strong creative sensibility and understanding of retail design, visual merchandising, and consumer experience
Experience developing staff training programs or capability frameworks for retail or consumer-facing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable operating in a matrixed global environment and influencing without direct authority
Experience in consumer technology, healthcare, or premium consumer brands preferred
A self-starter who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
