Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Retail Marketing Lead for a 7-month hybrid position in Beaverton, OR. As a Lead for Signature Services and Experiences, you will be a pivotal innovator, responsible for conceiving, developing, and rigorously testing groundbreaking in-store services and experiences. Your work will directly drive customer loyalty and sales growth by creating memorable moments that resonate with consumers. You’ll collaborate extensively with diverse cross-functional teams, transforming strategic visions into tangible, impactful retail realities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives from concept to scaled implementation, ensuring every customer interaction is elevated and aligned with the brand’s overarching marketing goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pioneer and develop novel concepts for in-store services and experiences that seamlessly integrate with the brand’s retail marketing objectives
  • Design and execute comprehensive in-market tests, including A/B testing and customer surveys, for new concepts, meticulously analyzing results to inform future development and strategy
  • Chart a clear roadmap for scaling successful services and experiences, encompassing the creation of robust business cases, detailed operational plans, and insightful financial projections
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across Operations, Creative, Brand, Digital, Product, and regional teams, as well as external vendors, to guarantee the flawless execution of both in-market tests and scaled initiatives
  • Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to ensure concept development and testing are deeply rooted in understanding and meeting customer needs and desires
  • Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative retail experiences, continuously applying this knowledge to evolve and enhance the brand’s in-store offerings
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Digital, to ensure cohesive and impactful execution of all services and experiences

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, experience marketing, or a closely related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and rigorously test new concepts that consistently deliver business results and surpass customer expectations
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills
