Sitting within the Global Consumer Marketing organisation, this role partners closely with Product, eCommerce, and local Consumer Marketing teams to deliver data-informed, conversion-focused campaigns that deliver measurable business results. You’ll own the global retail and eCommerce marketing campaign calendar, develop playbooks and content frameworks, and lead agency partners to bring high-impact campaigns to life. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role for a self-starter who connects creative storytelling with performance marketing, balancing strategic thinking with executional excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Product, Revenue, and eCommerce teams to ensure commercial alignment on pricing, offers, and value propositions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage global insights and seasonal trends to drive omnichannel performance
  • Create global campaign frameworks, playbooks, and activation toolkits to enable consistent, high-impact execution across markets
  • Lead the creative development process, from concept to final production, ensuring campaigns are compelling, on-brand, and commercially effective
  • Partner with global and regional agencies on creative and media delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and measurable ROI
  • Collaborate with markets to guide local adaptation, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation based on results
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to capture insights, learnings, and best practices to enhance future campaign effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with Consumer Marketing, Product, eCommerce, and Operations to deliver seamless go-to-market execution
  • Work closely with analytics teams to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, and ROI
  • Act as the global link between brand storytelling and commercial execution, ensuring creative excellence delivers tangible sales impact
  • Build strong relationships with market leads to ensure alignment on priorities and empower them with the tools and frameworks needed to drive results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in integrated campaign management or commercial marketing, with exposure to both retail and eCommerce environments
  • Proven experience leading omnichannel campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of promotional planning, conversion optimisation, and sell-through performance
  • Experience managing global creative and media agencies and delivering impactful marketing toolkits
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and performance-minded, able to turn insights into actionable improvements
