The Global Remuneration metrics and reporting coordinator is responsible for providing project coordination for the Global People Analytics Team in Group People & Culture. In this position, you will collaborate with senior management in HR and Group People & Culture to ensure timely and accurate external reporting of remuneration data, in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other HR indicators and requirements. You will collaborate with HR colleagues across the globe to define reporting requirements and design an effective reporting process. You will be part of an international team and should be comfortable with self-directed organization in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordination of remuneration KPIs set-up, data collection, reporting and audit process for the published information
Description of business requirements for data gathering process including validation rules and sign off procedures
Ensuring, with the help of IT consultants, the periodic update of the dedicated remuneration Data Cube in SAP BW as upload repository
SAP BPC UAT testing of the implemented functionalities for each KPI
Clarifying IT security and DPO requirements (including PIA) for pseudo anonymized data gathering
Development of training, communication strategy and related materials
Loading compensation data into the tool, performing corrections in the system, performing validations in time, and raising any concerns on the data with the local HR team
Providing detailed explanations of the process and required steps to local HR colleagues, Rewards teams and HR Directors, by addressing inquiries related to calculation and conversion topics
Managing Access Rights based on process to the SAP BW (Business Warehouse) tool
Extracting reports with the validated data and preparing presentation and evidence files for the business owners, audit team or management team
Supporting the data quality process with tracking the identified issues and liaising with the dedicated technical teams
Calculating and reporting data for additional compensation HR indicators
Maintenance of Communication Channels (Connect, Teams Page, SharePoint)
Requirements:
Experience in the field of HR Reporting, preferably with remuneration area or any HR controlling or workforce planning exposure
Good knowledge of reporting processes and audit requirements
Domain knowledge in Finance or HR function and SAP SuccessFactors / BW
High proficiency in MS Office software (PowerBI, (Power)-Excel and PowerPoint)
High interest in working with data, especially data cleansing and quality assurance
Strong communication skills in English, German or other language skills are a plus
Good knowledge of data privacy requirements according to GDPR
Degree in relevant field of study (e.g. MBA, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics/ Statistics, Computer Science)
Proficiency in standard reporting tools (e.g. Excel, VBA, PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP/ SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics / BW)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and interfaces
Good analytical mindset and enthusiasm about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook
Well organized, proactive team-player, customer oriented and communicative
Considering diversity in a team as an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Fluent in English (German would be considered an advantage)
Nice to have:
German language skills
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / BW
Experience in HR Reporting or HR controlling
