The role involves managing and enhancing corporate portfolios, delivering client-focused solutions, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively manage a corporate portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions
Enhance corporate relationships and customer service quality
Act as a strategic advisor to portfolio clients, channeling business development activities to ultimately provide the most suitable client solutions, thereby deepening the Bank’s wallet
Lead, influence, and ultimately own a consistent, cohesive client experience for our clients
Support Group Global & Regional Relationships and initiatives
Maintain close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services
Safeguard the Group from potential loss and minimize risk of losses from bad debts
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external standards that apply to the conduct of the business, including but not limited to Know-your-customer guidelines, Anti-money laundering regulations and procedures in order to fight / manage Financial Crime Risk
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in business related
Good communication skill, drive and commitment, customer focus
Good in financial analysis and credit risk control sense
Resilience with business acumen, familiar with Trade products
Confident and outgoing
Good adaptability, professional appearance and demeanor
Fluent in English especially listening and speaking in business level
