Job Responsibility

Deliver the externally developed formulation activities on the brand NPD and EPD plans, against the consumer, category and brand requirements
Ensure global regulatory compliance, quality and safety of our formulations
Accountable for the availability and quality of data and accuracy, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Acts as a technical consult to marketing/sourcing teams and supplier base
Responsible for ensuring the supplier understands the product brief and can meet WBA technical standards/market legislation
Conducts all necessary due diligence and is accountable for identifying and effectively managing formulation technical risks
Accountable for owning and managing the project formulation timings and technical risks that impact on delivery
Maintains up to date knowledge of product technologies and relevant legislation and our WBA supplier base – supports ongoing quality management of supplier base to meet all WBA/legislative requirements.
