Job Description

This is a remote, Full-Time contract role for a Global Recruiter. The Global Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. The role will focus on creatively attracting candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The recruiter will identify talent for diverse roles within the company’s DTC brands while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders globally. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships while maintaining a results-driven recruitment process.

  • Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to diverse roles, including creative, technical, and administrative positions
  • Demonstrated skill in maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in fostering diverse and inclusive hiring practices
  • Familiarity with DTC or e-commerce industry trends is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
