This is a remote, Full-Time contract role for a Global Recruiter. The Global Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. The role will focus on creatively attracting candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The recruiter will identify talent for diverse roles within the company’s DTC brands while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders globally. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships while maintaining a results-driven recruitment process.

Requirements
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
Strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and candidates
Experience with digital tools and platforms for applicant tracking, recruitment marketing, and job posting
Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to diverse roles, including creative, technical, and administrative positions
Demonstrated skill in maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in fostering diverse and inclusive hiring practices
Familiarity with DTC or e-commerce industry trends is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
