We are looking for a Global Record to Report Service Owner who will take ownership of key R2R processes, drive modernization of systems, and shape best‑in‑class global standards. Job Responsibility
Leading the transformation of R2R processes and systems
Ownership of global processes related to General Ledger Close, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting and Reporting
Responsibility for the global systems required to provide Record to Report services (e.g. MEC/YEC solutions, RPA solutions, Power BI dashboards, Fixed Assets and Fixed Assets inventory solutions)
Designing and implementing best-in-class R2R processes and systems
Creating and implementing global policies and procedures
Establishing and implementing internal controls within the area of responsibility
Providing strategic input into global AmRest projects
Cross-functional collaboration and change management
Requirements
10+ years of experience in R2R area in an international role
A go-getter mindset that allows to drive transformation
High level of creativity and out of the box thinking
University degree - preferably in Finance or Accounting
Team management experience – min 3 years
Fluency in English
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel – Pivot table, VBA)
ACCA certificate will be an advantage
Experience in building internal controls will be an advantage
Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
Strong process and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making skills
