Define and deliver the global quality strategy, ensuring compliance, governance, and superior consumer experience across our Wellbeing Collective brands in all markets in which we compete. Lead digital transformation, embed a culture of quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable innovation and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, define, implement global quality frameworks that enable innovation, expansion, and compliance across our Wellbeing Collective portfolio in all markets
  • Partner with internal teams, CM’s and brands within the business team on safety, audits, and governance
  • communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Drive programs that elevate product quality and brand superiority
  • Select and deploy digital tools and embed a culture of quality across the International Expansion business
  • Maintain QMS readiness, manage change processes, and oversee local packaging standards in the International Expansion Markets
  • Establish and implement QMS operations between the US and International Expansion markets for central sourcing
  • Incident Management Lead for all incidents
  • participate and support all incidents from US sourcing with implications for international markets
  • Provide expert guidance, assess quality risks, and mentor junior talent to build future capability
  • Provide leadership and direction to the quality assurance team
  • Build strong relationships with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality considerations are incorporated throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Ensure the timely and effective resolution of quality issues and deviations
  • Lead the quality review process
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within the quality team
  • Creating and implementing risk-based quality strategies
  • Managing quality-related activities related to manufacturing, clinical trials, and nonclinical studies
  • Ensuring vendors adhere to relevant quality programs, regulations, and guidelines
  • Overseeing the development, implementation, and upkeep of quality systems and procedures
  • Leading quality investigations and approving plans to address quality issues
  • Staying updated on industry developments, regulations, guidance, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of product safety, regulations, and QMS implementation
  • Vitamins, Supplement quality assurance experience is required
  • Proven track record of improving quality performance and managing audits in the Vitamins and Supplement industry
  • Ability to leverage data for insights and corrective actions
  • Experience mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders globally
  • Skilled at partnering across functions and external networks
  • Proven ability to work effectively across geographies
  • Strong capability to resolve issues and prevent future risks
  • Adaptable to diverse markets, evolving regulations, and emerging trends
  • Able and willing to travel extensively to global markets in which we compete
