The position focuses on supply chain transparency and risk management across all supplier tiers, with the aim of early risk detection and the continuous improvement of supply security, particularly in a complex and global supply environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establishment and further development of supply chain transparency across all delivery stages for early risk detection
  • Systematic identification, evaluation, and prioritization of supplier, logistics, and market risks based on internal and external data
  • Establishment of monitoring and early warning systems as well as regular reporting of relevant risk KPIs to stakeholders and management
  • Analysis of critical dependencies, bottlenecks, and scenarios to derive preventive and reactive measures for risk minimization
  • Close cooperation with direct and indirect purchasing as well as other cross-functional departments and external partners to strengthen transparency, resilience, and risk awareness in the supply chain
  • Development and implementation of strategies, standards, and processes in supply chain risk management for the continuous improvement of supply security

Requirements:

  • Completed studies, preferably in the field of supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in supply chain management, risk management, procurement, or an analytically driven role - ideally in an international environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proficient in digital tools and data analytics (e.g., MS Office, SAP, Excel/Power BI/Tableau, risk-monitoring tools) with a strong affinity for new technologies and automation
  • Confident English language skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, approx. 15%
