Lead end-to-end material qualification and supplier introduction projects for wind turbine blades (internal factories and third party manufacturers); Define project scope, deliverables, budget, resources, milestones and KPIs; create and maintain detailed project plans (incl. Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical, Material, Industrial Engineering or similar
Several years of experience in the composites industry, experience in wind turbine blade manufacturing is strongly preferred (process or materials function)
Proven experience in project/program management in a technical/manufacturing environment (cross-functional, multi-site)
Strong knowledge of industrial project delivery: planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management and reporting
Confident working in an intercultural, international environment
willingness to travel
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Project
Hands-on, structured and proactive working style
able to run multiple projects in parallel
Strong communication and facilitation skills
able to challenge constructively and align stakeholders
Comfortable raising issues early and asking for support when needed
drives decisions and closure
Nice to have:
