Job Description:

Our client is a multinational company headquartered in France, which is a global FMCG leader with a recognized brand and high performance standards. We are looking for a person with experience in project management to join a newly established unit of the company, responsible for global projects and change management. You will have the opportunity to co-create a new cell in the organization both from the side of community building and developing common methodologies and project tools. You will support the team in leading global projects, using your experience in project and stakeholder management, and developing competencies in the area of change management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support & deliver a portfolio of global & zone projects by leveraging global methodologies and tools
  • Act as key point of contact on PMO and CMO to global & local teams
  • Be able to support the set up of the global PMO & CMO strategy and deployment approach
  • Work closely with global & local teams, from onboarding to daily project coordination, with support of senior PCO members
  • Contribute to the further set up of Global PCO office from both knowledge, expertise, best practices, ways of working but also community engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (ca. 3-5 years) with project and/ or change management, preferably at regional/global level
  • Knowledge of Project Management and/ or Change Management methodologies, frameworks & tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning & organization skills (anticipating risks, dependencies, considering long terms planning)
  • Strong drive for results (focus on execution & delivery)
  • Passion & ability to work with people from different countries and cultures
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions & levels of seniority
  • Dealing with ambiguity & uncertainty (changing project environment)
  • Ability to lead & facilitate global meetings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English
