Job Responsibility:

Hands-on with Pre-Trade Systems & Automation
Diverse Project Methodologies & Full Lifecycle Exposure
Exposure to Cutting-Edge Fintech & Database Concepts

Requirements:

Technical knowledge regarding application design to effectively communicate with the technical team
Capable of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Bilingual with high fluency in both Japanese and English
Experience writing business requirements and functional specifications
Knowledge of identifying and quantifying business issues and opportunities through data analysis
Ability to follow up with various teams to ensure task management and business expectations are met
Fundamental understanding of Relational databases (basic or general knowledge) and database concepts
Experience with the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment)
Experience working in a multicultural environment

Nice to have:

Knowledge about Linear Trading (SWAPS, Fly, curves, basis), Repo, Government Bonds
Experience working with Capital Market back office systems such as Istar Core, Istar GX for REPO and SLB products with underlying equities or govies (JGB, UST)
Experience with Equities
Experience working with/on: Orchestrade FO system
Experience working with/on: Sophis FO system
Familiarity with: Dataiku
Familiarity with: Blazorise
Familiarity with: Azure DevOps
Familiarity with: Python
