Job Responsibility

  • Leading and planning major strategic programs for near term and future delivery of products and services
  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Driving activities to achieve program goals

  • Determining horizontal dependency programs to ensure visibility and alignment across the Product Organization and other key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant program management of product development experience in the tech industry, including a minimum of 5 years supporting cross-functional, global teams
  • Operate effectively in situations of ambiguity and guide teams through challenges, simplifying/distilling complex issues and influencing change
  • Effective use of interpersonal skills and influence to drive optimal team performance
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Advanced degree
  • Project management certification and significant relevant exposure is preferred
  • Certification and experience in agile work, skilled in implementing agile methodologies in a team setting
