Job Description

As the Global Program Manager, you will be the central driving force and orchestrator behind our most critical global domain projects. You are an expert in translating high-level business vision and strategic outcomes into actionable programs for our technical and product teams. You will own the entire program lifecycle, from strategic definition to successful global delivery, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all major stakeholders worldwide.

Job Responsibility

  • Own, plan, and manage complex, end-to-end global programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve defined business outcomes
  • Act as the critical bridge between senior business stakeholders, Commercial Managers, and technical/product development teams
  • Clearly translate strategic business needs and desired outcomes into precise technical requirements, product specifications, and development backlogs
  • Drive high-impact domain management initiatives, including enforcement strategies, global domain audits, and new intellectual capital development
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, developing contingency plans
  • Serve as the primary, high-context contact for all major stakeholders, including Domain Leadership, Team Leads, Technical Managers, and Cross-Functional Partners
  • Establish and manage robust communication channels to ensure absolute alignment across distributed global teams, different service lines, and accounts
  • Provide clear, consistent, and high-level program status updates, executive summaries, and performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Facilitate the proactive sharing of best practices, key insights, and domain knowledge across geographies and teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Program Management or Project Management, preferably within a global or highly matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to manage the full program lifecycle with Agile mindset, utilizing strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to manage high-stakes communication, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and facilitate cross-functional alignment
  • Strong business acumen combined with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences and vice-versa
  • Expertise in project and task management platforms, specifically Jira, and proficiency in the Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet)
