Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of a global capability providing an interactive, enterprise-ready view of distribution points and associated attributes
  • Manage the development of scalable marketplace tools in partnership with external vendors and internal teams
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring outputs are usable across global and regional teams
  • Coordinate diverse cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, planning, finance, and technology, to ensure alignment and continuous progress
  • Support pilot testing and rollout initiatives, guiding projects from conceptualization to fully scaled capabilities
  • Track key decisions, dependencies, and timelines meticulously to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliver on objectives
  • Help establish foundational processes and governance frameworks to support long-term adoption and success
  • Lead the execution and ongoing management of tracking systems for the partner retail elevation strategy
  • Manage and maintain tracking systems to monitor retail elevation progress globally
  • Maintain and report on key metrics, including elevated doors, elevated spaces, investment, and productivity lift
  • Enable clear visibility into performance and progress across regional teams and leadership
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate data capture and reporting
  • Support the development of scalable processes for tracking, reporting, and generating insights
  • Partner with global and regional teams to refine tracking approaches and improve consistency across all operations

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business development, strategy, or marketplace/retail operations
  • Proven expertise in building and managing systems for business use cases
  • Strong program management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of coordinating and aligning diverse cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely and effective delivery

  • Experience building or managing tools, systems, or processes that support business decision-making
  • Experience working with external vendors or agencies
