Job Description

As the Global Product Marketing Manager reporting into the VP, Global Growth Marketing, you will be the strategic voice of AtlasHXM’s product and service in the market. You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, aligning cross-functional teams to drive global adoption and revenue growth. This is a pivotal role bridging product innovation with customer needs across diverse geographies.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to buyer personas
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead integrated launch plans for new features and product releases across global markets
  • Collaborate with marketing intel to conduct deep market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to build global sales enablement tools
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal content team and performance marketing agency to create product-focused assets
  • Lifecycle Marketing Support: Partner with Customer Success and Field Marketing to enhance customer experience and adoption
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and iterate on strategies

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • 3+ years of experience in global B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in HR tech or EOR space
  • Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals—positioning, competitor research, messaging, GTM, enablement
  • Outstanding communicator with a strategic mindset and a sharp eye for data and results
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a high-growth environment with a focus on cross-department collaboration
  • Passion for simplifying complexity and telling
