Job Description:

Meta is seeking a Global Product Marketing Lead to join our team. This leader will coordinate cross-functional work with peers to deliver results within a highly collaborative environment. The Global Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving market requirements and go-to-market plans for Meta’s Business AI solutions. This includes assessing market needs, conducting research to influence new product development, evaluating approaches to mitigate product risks, owning go-to-market strategy and identifying opportunities to improve existing products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute global product marketing strategy for a portfolio of Business AI products to drive adoption and revenue growth across markets
  • Lead market assessments (quantitative + qualitative) and competitive/customer insights to shape roadmap prioritization and launch sequencing with Product, Engineering, and Design
  • Own positioning, narrative, and messaging for Business AI solutions across key audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a portfolio, coordinating launch plans, customer communications, and product documentation inputs
  • Drive scaled GTM activations and field readiness via enablement (playbooks, FAQs, training) across sales and partnerships teams
  • Lead complex cross-functional execution and operating rhythms across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, Policy and Legal to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Ensure regional and vertical alignment with modular playbooks that balance global consistency with market-specific flexibility
  • Serve as an organizational thought leader and mentor—building effective stakeholder relationships while championing a collaborative environment and responsible AI marketing practices

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 12+ years experience in product marketing
  • Experience with B2B and GenAI products, with an understanding of industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models
  • Analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions
  • Experience leading complex, multi-functional initiatives with a track record of measurable success
  • Communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus across functions
  • Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing talent
  • Experience working in a constantly evolving and ambiguous work environment
  • Customer-centric experience
