Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for operational tools, workflows, and automation solutions that mitigate risks and streamline processes
  • Design platform strategies, including interaction patterns, automation frameworks, and system integration decisions to optimize operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to replace fragmented tools or manual processes with automated solutions, prioritizing investments based on operational impact
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption rates, cost savings, efficiency improvements, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Maintain data quality as a core product discipline, utilizing dashboards and scoring frameworks to ensure reliable and trustworthy data
  • Lead the execution of site onboarding processes through the Minimum Viable Infrastructure framework, aligning cross-functional inputs to establish priorities
  • Collaborate with operations teams to gather requirements, validate concepts, and translate needs into actionable product specifications
  • Advocate for the operational perspective in product decisions, ensuring risks such as tool fragmentation are identified and mitigated early
  • Manage the product backlog, refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria and maintaining a pipeline of prioritized deliverables
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in operational tools and automation
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of monitoring KPIs and driving data-informed decisions
  • Expertise in designing and implementing workflows, frameworks, and automation solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience collaborating across global and regional teams
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Oracle, APIs, and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data quality management practices and governance frameworks
