We don’t work in a perfect way, but we do our best every day! We are looking for a Global Product Expert to join our team in DN. In this global role you will partner with sales colleagues in the development and closing of sales opportunities. You will serve as technical subject matter expert and consult the sales team and client on DN product and service offerings. You will assist in the sales cycle from discovery to close. What is more, you will also design customer solutions that achieve business and financial goals as well as meet or exceed client business and functional requirements. You will document detailed client requirements and initiate any required scoping efforts or planning with internal partners to ensure successful solution delivery. You will be evaluating product performance, market needs and client satisfaction, providing feedback to product teams to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the company's product and services portfolio. You will conduct live and remote demonstrations and make presentations to prospective customers clearly articulating the value proposition of our payments processing solution ‘Vynamic Transaction Middleware’.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide higher level Pre-Sales and product consultancy support for mid and large size, complex customers
  • Provide pre-sales design and application support for company products and services through ongoing interaction with the sales team, customers, and with DN development and operations teams
  • Actively participate from a technical perspective and helping the Sales team achieve and exceed targeted revenue goals
  • Generate accurate and timely design configurations for customer sales quotations
  • Conduct technical interviews with customers to clearly define needs
  • Coordinate internal technical resources to develop sales proposals and presentations and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) on complex, high-end solutions
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to internal / external groups
  • Provide technical assistance, based on customer feedback and product performance, to Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams
  • Participate in internal meetings to create product packages, communicating and coordinating sales projects across departments, implement new products, solve problems and keep up-to-date with the company's information
  • Actively review industry trends and ensure DN is best placed to meet future demand

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with payment processing solutions
