Job Description:

The Senior Analyst will support the sourcing, negotiation, and management of IT related contracts and vendors across the organization. This role will focus exclusively on Hardware/Telecom/Cloud procurement, including Renewals, Enterprise Support Agreements, and e-auctions and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Sourcing 7-steps, vendor ecosystems, and contract structures, and will work closely with stakeholders in Strategy and Transformation(S&T), Legal, Finance, and Security.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute sourcing strategies for IT categories including Enterprise Support Agreement, Cloud Services, Renewals, E-auctions
  • Lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for Hardware purchases and renewals
  • Partner with S&T business partners to understand requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Drive the sourcing process, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development, Order Forms and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance, including SLAs and KPIs
  • Support asset management and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Track contract lifecycles, renewal dates, and cost optimization opportunities
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in sourcing platforms (e.g., Selectica, Docusign)
  • Monitor market trends and pricing benchmarks to inform negotiation strategies
  • Deliver annual AOP productivity targets for the assigned area
  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
  • Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet PepsiCo's expectations
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact PepsiCo
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4-5 years’ work experience in Technology Procurement (with a focus on HW/Telecom/Cloud sourcing) Consulting, Finance, Transformation
  • Experience negotiating with major Hardware/Telecom/cloud vendors
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with contract law and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and tools
  • Works well with others to deliver results. Treats all people with respect and fairness, open is to and respectful of others’ opinions and points of view
  • Takes the initiative to find ways to get better results, seeks and takes advantage of ideas, best practices and solutions
  • Won’t compromise values to get results

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience with procurement of technology, use of Enterprise software tools and SaaS renewals is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI tools and practices
  • Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)
