Procurement plays an important role in helping us invest responsibly, strategically and with long term impact. We are looking for a Global Procurement Category Manager, Marketing. In this role, you will oversee the global marketing category from a Procurement perspective across Decorative, Marine, Energy and Infrastructure, with most activity connected to our Decorative business. With a sizable annual spend, this global role offers the opportunity to contribute to scalable sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships and deliver measurable value across regions and brands. You will report to the Group Indirect Procurement Director and work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Finance and Brand teams worldwide as well as building the relationships with our supplier partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Holding Procurement responsibility for end to end management of the global Marketing category
  • Developing and implementing Procurement related category strategies aligned with business and brand priorities
  • Guiding structured sourcing initiatives using Hempel’s standard sourcing framework
  • Establishing and managing global framework agreements with agencies and marketing suppliers
  • Supporting cost optimisation and continuous improvement across regions
  • Partnering with brand and commercial teams to support the One Deco strategy while recognising local brand needs
  • Maintaining strong governance, compliance and contract lifecycle practices
