Job Description:

As the Global Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sourcing strategies for key chemical categories. You’ll manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimisation, and ensure supply continuity across multiple sites. This is a high-visibility role with direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across APAC, Europe, and the US.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement for strategic chemical raw materials
  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies
  • Drive supplier performance, contract negotiations, and cost initiatives
  • Collaborate with R&D, operations, and supply chain for innovation sourcing
  • Lead risk management, compliance, and sustainability practices
  • Manage cross-border vendor relationships and global supply base

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain or related
  • Minimum 8–12 years of procurement experience, ideally in chemical or manufacturing
