As the Global Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sourcing strategies for key chemical categories. You’ll manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimisation, and ensure supply continuity across multiple sites. This is a high-visibility role with direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across APAC, Europe, and the US.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end procurement for strategic chemical raw materials
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies
Drive supplier performance, contract negotiations, and cost initiatives
Collaborate with R&D, operations, and supply chain for innovation sourcing
Lead risk management, compliance, and sustainability practices
Manage cross-border vendor relationships and global supply base
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain or related
Minimum 8–12 years of procurement experience, ideally in chemical or manufacturing
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Proven track record in managing global suppliers and strategic sourcing
