Oversee supplier compliance with procurement strategies, ensuring consistent delivery of savings and operational excellence
Collaborate with regional and local teams to create cost-effective and service-optimized supply chains, including inventory management processes
Implement standardized procurement practices on a global scale to enhance efficiency and performance
Share and apply best practices across markets to drive continuous improvement in procurement operations
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against service levels, quality standards, and contractual commitments
