The role has a main objective to enable, maintain and manage resolution of issues relating to Catalogs, Buying channels and Contracts. Content Management is the enablement of content on Ariba On Demand. Recommend catalog, buying channels and contract improvements and manage accuracy, changes and deletions. Manage and cleanse catalog, contract content to ensure and validate timely change updates and item and pricing accuracy, and work with vendors accordingly to ensure same. This role is accountable for contribution of team in terms of delivery to deadlines, quality standards, propose improvements and internal control. The function holder is covering for Europe Markets (UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Iberia, Poland, Greece and Turkey).

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze item list with catalogue data provided to create new or update existing catalogues
  • Assure the quality check of the item list with catalogue data provided by supplier/ Buyers
  • Accomplish catalogue creation SLA´s (e.g. response to users within agreed business days)
  • Catalogue management team is responsible for upload new catalogs into P2P system as approved and validate completeness/correctness of the upload according to controls guidelines
  • Act as point of contact person for supplier on technical catalogue related queries
  • Conduct and lead touchless/catalog performance review meetings with GP and POC teams to review the penetration, leakage, opportunity, utilized catalog items and the timely renewal of catalogs
  • Analyze spend data with to generate new catalogues opportunities and increase catalog penetration for lower automated commodities
  • Create and sustain up to date Catalog tracker and performance reports for existing catalogs to provide insights for potential opportunities from existing catalogs, and monitor catalog usage and expiry dates
  • Increase myBUY Productivity via identifying potential Catalog penetration opportunities to build catalogs for repeated spend products & services within indirect procurement
  • Reducing cost to serve as purchases using catalog becomes touchless, reducing approval workflow and involves minimal human effort and positively impact user experience
  • Coordinate with GP, vendors, technical teams and Ariba for the implementation of punch-out catalogues and optimize buying channels for Pepsico
  • Work with myBUY technical teams to ensure myBUY are correctly configured to utilize Buying channels and functioning as intended
  • Assist in documenting processes, training materials, and communications related to buying channel usage
  • Help drive end-user adoption of preferred buying channels by providing data, insights, and support for change management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and understand the processes
  • Good IT procurement skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ideally with a Procurement /analytical background
  • English essential, both verbal and in writing
  • French or German language would be a plus
  • ERP (SAP) and E-procurement tools ( ARIBA / Coupa) experience
  • Bachelor´s degree needed
