Job Description:

You will work closely with process owners, business stakeholders, system experts, architects, integration teams and development teams to support the rollout and adoption of global business processes across AddSecure. You will focus on process presentation, stakeholder enablement, gap identification, governance preparation, training and documentation. A key part of the role is to ensure that target processes are clearly understood across countries, functions and teams, and that identified gaps are structured, presented and followed up in a consistent way.

Job Responsibility:

  • Presenting and explaining target processes to business and IT stakeholders
  • Leading process walkthroughs, rollout sessions and business-facing presentations
  • Identifying and structuring process gaps, deviations and local/global mismatches
  • Preparing and presenting issues and gaps for Change Control Board discussions
  • Coordinating handover of approved changes to relevant development or product teams
  • Following up decisions and maintaining traceability from identified gap to implementation
  • Owning and coordinating training activities as part of rollout and business readiness
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation, training materials and rollout guides in the knowledge base
  • Collecting feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of rollout methods and governance practices

Requirements:

  • Experience from process rollout, business process implementation, change management or similar
  • Strong ability to understand, structure and communicate end-to-end business processes
  • Experience working across business and IT in a complex systems environment
  • Experience leading workshops, presentations, trainings or other stakeholder-facing activities
  • Good ability to identify, assess and structure process gaps and improvement needs
  • Strong documentation skills and experience creating process documentation, work instructions or training materials
  • A structured and proactive way of working
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with end-to-end processes such as lead-to-cash / order-to-cash, including complex order fulfilment, customer portals or e-commerce, self-service, CPQ, and support & case management
  • Experience from working in complex system environments (e.g. CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service platforms, marketing automation, and integrations/iPaaS)
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Business Central (ERP)
