The Global Process Management team at Allianz Services is seeking a Global Process Owner for Service Request Fulfillment to define, document, and continuously optimize the end-to-end process, tools, and training programs. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency and quality while aligning with global standards and business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and Optimize Processes and Tools: Define global standards for the Service Request Fulfillment process and continuously improve supporting tools to ensure efficiency, performance, and seamless integration
Training and Knowledge Enablement: Create and deliver training programs to educate IT staff on process standards, tools, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Ensure Compliance and Quality: Implement and monitor compliance measures to ensure adherence to global standards, data accuracy, and effective risk mitigation
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with global and local teams to align processes with organizational goals and industry best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
At least 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITSM processes
Proven track record in leading ITSM process improvements in a global organization
Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and usage
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and drive process improvements
Understanding of risk management and implementation of controls to mitigate risks
