Job Description:

As the POS Global Solutions Strategy & Innovation Lead, you will play a key role in creating and communicating ideas, trends, innovation, sustainability, best practice, and continuous improvement as it relates to POS. You will manage tender responses and documents, ensuring that we are providing customers with exciting and credible offers. You will create best in class POS collateral, publishing it out to both existing and prospective customers, creating and/or advising on POS presentations, ensuring that our pitches are visually stunning, and that we are telling the right story and giving the right messages to clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and deliver a central network of innovation, covering our products and how they are designed and manufactured, our creativity, our processes
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the relevant sectors through detailed collaborative planning and execution, providing expert sales support
  • Develop and implement our POS sustainability program, and refine our policies for measurements tools such as CDM and Sustain
  • Support sales pitches, offerings, proposal processes and key framework agreement negotiations
  • Develop and drive our value proposition for POS, both with our customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree level education in business/marketing or a related area
  • Proven ability to manage large scale proposals and tenders, bringing organisation wide resources together to win and implement large POS accounts
  • Proven ability to grasp, analyse and initiate actions based on strong financial insights and understanding
  • Demonstrated experience of selling POS products, within a productions / logistics / supply chain environment
  • Strong knowledge of the POS / display market, trends and customer direction. Strong understanding of how to market POS products and services to large global customers
  • Business leader, who can effectively inspire, manage, motivate & develop high-performing teams, setting performance targets and standards.
