The POND’S brand has recently undergone a major transformation, and this role is pivotal in ensuring the continuity, consistency, and growth of that transformation. The role involves leadership in innovation design, overseeing POND’S Horizon 3 global innovation and communication development as well as POND’S Masterbrand strategy. Additionally, this role will spearhead POND’S social-first transformation by driving strategic digital, social, and PR initiatives to further elevate the brand’s presence and relevance globally.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 8 years in marketing, with significant experience in NPD, digital marketing, and people management. Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is advantageous
Proven ability to lead complex projects, drive innovation, and manage digital transformation. Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills are essential
