Job Description

This strategic role combines project management office (PMO) capabilities with change management expertise to optimize operational excellence and business outcomes across diverse markets globally. Responsible for also managing performance across EMEA markets while supporting global performance initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and implementation of performance frameworks across EMEA markets, establishing consistent metrics and KPIs that align with global standards while accommodating regional market nuances
  • Monitor and analyse regional performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for regional leadership and global stakeholders
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and programs across multiple markets, ensuring consistent execution and knowledge sharing between countries
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication between regional offices and global headquarters
  • Oversee project governance, timeline management, and resource allocation for major regional initiatives
  • Drive organisational change initiatives focused on performance improvement and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that consider cultural and market differences across the regions
  • Lead process standardization efforts while maintaining flexibility for local market requirements
  • Participate in global performance councils and working groups
  • Coordinate global initiative rollouts, ensuring proper adaptation and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in performance management, project management, or change management roles
  • Previous experience in multinational organisations with regional responsibility strongly preferred
  • Real estate or professional services industry experience advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred) and change management frameworks
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in performance measurement systems and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and business intelligence platforms
  • Experience with global ERP systems and performance management software
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse EMEA markets
