The Global People & Culture (P&C) Data Steward & Governance Lead is accountable for building, governing, and continuously improving the quality, structure, and usability of P&C data across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in the build and evolution of SAP-based P&C systems, defining data privacy models, data objects, lineage, and quality standards. Acting as the global Data Steward for all P&C data, the role ensures data is accurate, well-governed, legally compliant, and fit for operational, analytical, and strategic use.

Requirements:
Strong experience in data governance, data management, or data stewardship, ideally in a global environment
Hands-on experience working with enterprise systems, preferably SAP in an HR/P&C context
Solid understanding of data models, data objects, data lineage, and data quality frameworks
Experience defining and managing master data and data catalogues
Good working knowledge of data privacy and protection principles (e.g. GDPR) as they relate to system and data design
Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and legal functions
Nice to have:
Experience specifically with People & Culture / HR data and employee lifecycle data
Familiarity with data governance tooling, metadata management, or lineage tools
Exposure to analytics or reporting use cases for P&C data
Certifications in data management, privacy, or governance (e.g. DAMA, CIPP/E, SAP-related)
