Global Payroll Manager

• Manage payroll operations across various countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees
• Lead global payroll projects, including vendor integrations and process optimizations
• Partner with internal teams such as HR, Finance, and Legal to oversee audits, year-end processing, and statutory reporting
• Enforce compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Support accounting functions related to payroll, including general ledger reporting, accruals, and reconciliations
• Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution
• Drive initiatives to enhance internal controls and streamline payroll processes
• Collaborate with external vendors to manage payroll services and ensure service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to scale payroll operations efficiently in a growing organization

• 10 + years of progressive payroll experience, including 2 or more years in a global leadership role
• Proven expertise in managing payroll for the U.S., Canada, and additional countries
• Strong proficiency in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Integrations
• In-depth knowledge of international wage and hour laws, tax requirements, and statutory benefits
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail
• Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and collaborating across departments
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience in team management or project leadership

Certified Payroll certification or equivalent international certification is highly preferred
