Are you ready to take your payroll system implementation experience global? WiseTech Global is seeking an experienced, confident, detail-oriented, and highly organized Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead our global payroll implementations. In this role, you’ll work closely with our global payroll partners and be instrumental in standardizing payroll systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency, compliance, and accuracy across jurisdictions that have complex legislation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation of global payroll systems and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll partners to gather and validate payroll data
  • Manage UAT and support go-live activities across multiple regions
  • Manage parallel run results and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Ensure payroll systems are secure, compliant, and up to date with legislative changes
  • Support the operations team post-implementation and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven payroll implementation and project management experience, ideally globally
  • Strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement and vendor management
  • Hands-on experience in system testing, data migration, user training and change management
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and a passion for data accuracy
  • Understands the importance of compliance and can interpret complex legislation across various languages
