Job Description

Join our dynamic HR Team as a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, where we seek an experienced professional with a proven track record in payroll. This role extends beyond traditional payroll responsibilities, requiring a versatile individual to serve as the link between our HR team and external payroll providers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining HR services, which covers payroll, benefits and other HR-related functions on an international scale. As a key contributor, you’ll ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and deliver exceptional support to employees across multiple countries.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and scale payroll operations across international locations, liaising with external providers to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure accurate and timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations
  • Monitor and report on salary costs, analyzing trends to support decision-making
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll, tax, and social security queries, providing clear and reliable guidance
  • Work in coordination with other HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues efficiently
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, identifying and implementing new perks to enhance engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits team

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years in payroll and benefits
  • exposure to international payroll is a plus
  • Languages: Advanced English (C1 or higher)

  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets are key to success
  • familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
