Job Description:

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international organisation for an experienced Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role where you'll take ownership of payroll and benefits across multiple global entities.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee Global Payroll: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all entities globally
Manage Benefits Administration: Administer and manage all global employee benefits
Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external payroll providers and benefits brokers
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payroll and benefits regulations
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to payroll and benefits processes
Employee Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in global payroll administration
Minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry
Demonstrable experience managing payroll for a group of companies with multiple international entities
Experience with jurisdictions like UK, USA, Singapore, Brazil, and UAE
Extensive experience in global benefits administration from plan design to day-to-day management
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, group setting and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
