This role involves driving growth for Taiwan based Financial Institutions by developing innovation cash management solutions and creating valuable relationships with stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new sales opportunities, working closely with Relationship/Coverage Managers, global sales partners and other stakeholders to develop and execute sub-sector strategies and client plans, generate leads and respond to referrals
Maintain and enhance existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams by selling innovative GPS solutions to a defined portfolio of clients, and through new client acquisition
Build relationships with senior Finance, Treasury, and Procurement staff within client organizations, leveraging these to identify client needs and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in Taiwan and globally
Create and lead deal teams to manage complex multi-country cash management transactions
Manage pricing discussions and negotiations, and conduct periodic pricing reviews
Produce high quality pitch material and timely responses to RFIs and RFPs to secure key mandates
Be recognized as a GPS specialist with an ability to display competent knowledge of relevant products and services
Drive client engagement, providing thought leadership and sharing best practice cash and liquidity solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree, major in business and related areas
8-15 years of experience working in relevant environment(s), i.e. Cash Management/Transaction Banking, International Banks, Securities Companies and or NBFIs (Non-bank financial institution)
Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs
Experience of building and managing complex relationships
Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively
Fluent in Mandarin and English
A comprehensive understanding of all kinds of risk management
