Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Payments Operations Specialist to be the definitive focal point for our global credit card billing operations. This is a hands-on role focused on optimizing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring recurring credit card billing is seamless and efficient. You will manage the payment gateway architecture, including Stripe and Payoneer, acting as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues across internal teams and external clients. If you are an expert in the credit card payment lifecycle, reconciliation, and payment flow troubleshooting, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the global credit card billing lifecycle, focusing on optimizing recurring billing logic, minimizing payment failures, and driving overall O2C efficiency
  • Manage the operational health and configuration of core payment platforms, including Stripe and Payoneer, ensuring they are correctly utilized to support credit card billing and other payment flows
  • Partner with Finance to ensure NetSuite and Salesforce remain synchronized with payment gateways
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex client and internal inquiries related to credit card billing failures, disputes, and payment processing bottlenecks
  • Provide the source of truth for reconciling gateway payouts (Stripe/Payoneer) against bank deposits and the General Ledger
  • Lead the strategic response to credit card disputes and chargebacks, analyzing trends to minimize future risk
  • Oversee multi-currency conversions for global reporting accuracy
  • Ensure all payment operations meet global tax requirements and PCI compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end credit card billing processes, including subscription logic, payment failures, and gateway optimization
  • Experience working with major payment platforms like Stripe and Payoneer
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite
  • Understanding of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable workflows
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical billing issues and translate them into clear instructions for non-finance stakeholders
  • Familiarity with international banking, cross-border fees, and multi-currency accounting
