Job Description

We address one of the world’s biggest problems – how to end smoking. There are 1,1 billion smokers in the world. Around 8 million people die every year from smoking-related diseases. Our goal is to significantly reduce death rates, save lives and inspire people to choose smoke-free enjoyment. How? By offering people other nicotine products online. Haypp Group is one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce groups with eleven store brands, present in seven countries where we serve more than 1 million active consumers. Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com, Nicokick.com etc., we sell nicotine pouches, Swedish style snus online as well as disposable vapes. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 300 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. Also, we are an innovative and fast-moving company that is growing rapidly, driving sustainable business and are changing the world in the process. We are currently on an exciting expansion journey, converting more and more smokers to smoke-free alternatives across all our markets globally. We are currently looking for a Global Paid Co-Marketing Lead to bridge the gap between our internal brand goals and the commercial objectives of our world-class supplier partners. As the Global Paid Co-Marketing Lead, you are the architect of win-win scenarios. You will sit at the intersection of Brand, Performance, and Partnerships, creating paid media strategies that elevate the Haypp Group brands while simultaneously driving growth for our supplier brands. You aren’t just managing a budget; you are building a scalable co-marketing ecosystem. You will design the strategy, pitch it to global suppliers, oversee agency execution, and prove the ROI through meticulous reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategy Development: Design and lead the global paid co-marketing roadmap in collaboration with our paid media/marketing teams. You’ll determine how to effectively balance Haypp’s brand identity with supplier-specific visibility across paid marketing channels
  • Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our in-house / media agencies. You’ll translate strategic goals into actionable briefs, manage campaign pacing, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple markets
  • Supplier Pitching & Partnership: Work closely with the Commercial team to pitch your marketing strategies to global nicotine manufacturers. You need to be able to sell the why and the how of your paid media approach
  • Reporting & Analysis: Own the data. You will build comprehensive reporting frameworks to show suppliers exactly how their investment is performing, focusing on ROAS, brand lift, and market share
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize significant co-marketing budgets, ensuring every SEK/EUR is spent efficiently to reach both Haypp and supplier KPIs

Requirements

  • The Strategic Marketer: You have 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, or an agency environment
  • The Master Communicator: You are comfortable presenting to high-level stakeholders. You can take complex data and turn it into a compelling narrative that secures supplier buy-in
  • Data-Driven: You don’t just report on clicks, you understand attribution models and the nuance between brand awareness and conversion
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working across departments, connecting with Commercial teams to understand supplier needs and with Growth teams to ensure technical alignment
  • Proactive: Haypp is a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You aren't afraid to build processes from scratch where they don't yet exist

What we offer

  • Competitive occupational pension
  • Insurance plan, including private healthcare
  • 30 days of paid vacation
  • Parental pay lift
  • Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
  • Lots of social happenings
  • Competitive based salary
