Are you an experienced strategic HR advisor to business leaders? Are you looking to support business performance with people-driven solutions? This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global People & Culture team in a company advancing the green transition. You will become part of an experienced team of HR Business Partners supporting the business on all people matters across Vestas. Your role will involve working in a matrix organisation with a direct line to the Executive P&C Business Partner and a dotted line to the business. Your main stakeholders will be Vestas' senior management teams and your global P&C colleagues, who act as trusted advisors to Vestas leadership and translate business strategy into tangible P&C initiatives and activities contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture. The focus is on ensuring effective leadership, talent management, clear communication between top management, and increasing value creation by utilizing the full potential of the P&C organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translating a global functional business strategy into actual P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and reach their goals
  • Manage development, performance and optimization of the organisation together with key stakeholders
  • Handle the annual People & Culture cycle activities
  • Build bench strength by ensuring line of successors for critical positions
  • Advise the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational design and build required capabilities in the organization by drawing on P&C know-how
  • Coach executives on their people and business leadership to help them develop their leadership capabilities and act as a Vestas role model
  • Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR partner for leadership teams
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee behaviour, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

Requirements:

  • A relevant business or HR education at master’s degree level is required
  • A solid HR toolbox and experience in strategic HR advisory
  • Experience working independently with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change management efforts and process implementation aligned with business targets
  • Experience with enabling talent and succession management
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
