The Global Trainee Program 2026 marks the beginning of an exciting journey at RHI Magnesita. It offers early-career graduates the opportunity to unlock their potential and grow into future leaders and experts. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience through multiple rotations across different departments, building a deep understanding of our business and expanding your professional network. By the end, you’ll land your final position, equipped with invaluable insights and connections.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate closely with operations experts to implement and sustain lean methodologies
  • Support the ramp-up of our world-class manufacturing system, providing essential assistance
  • Ensure smooth coordination and alignment of project activities through your outstanding communication skills
  • Analyse operational challenges and work with regional teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Travel regularly to customer sites and our production plants in Eskişehir and Söğüt to gain practical exposure
  • Support day-to-day operational activities
  • Gather and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Participate in internal training programs focused mainly on lean principles and operational excellence
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency at a regional level

Requirements:

  • University degree (minimum BSc)
  • Previous professional experience or internship
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Data analytic skills and good affinity with Microsoft Excel
  • Eager to take initiative and drive projects forward
  • Pragmatic problem-solver and strong communicator
  • Agile, open-minded, and embracing change
  • Collaborative and thrives in diverse, global environments

Nice to have:

  • Turkish is a plus
  • PowerBI is nice-to-have
  • Basic knowledge of the refractory industry is considered an asset
