Job Description:

In this vital role you will serve as a key specialist in Gloval Value and Access (GV&A), providing pricing insights, advanced analytics, and recommendations to optimize portfolio value and mitigate global pricing risks. You will play a key role in strengthening pricing governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities while partnering with affiliates and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined and consistent price execution across markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Center of Excellence lead for Launch Sequence Optimisation (LSO) and International Reference Pricing (IRP) analytics
  • Identify and mitigate cross-market reference price spillover risks across the portfolio
  • Apply and monitor global pricing rules, managing deviations, escalations, and governance compliance
  • Ensure consistency in price corridors, baskets, thresholds, and country rock-bottom (CRB) validations
  • Analyze structural ASP erosion drivers and lead root-cause assessments (e.g., IRP, tenders, MEAs), recommending mitigation strategies
  • Support quarterly price reporting, brand performance reviews, and enterprise planning cycles (Budget, LRP, Forecast)
  • Contribute to the development of brand-level price defense, contracting frameworks, and rock-bottom principles
  • Support the operationalization and continuous improvement of Global Price Governance processes

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in a relevant field (e.g., finance, medicine, pharmacy, biology, economics, engineering, etc.)
  • Previous market access, pricing and/or commercial experience in a global/international role or direct payer-facing experience
  • Experience with developing pricing strategies and pricing business cases within pharma/biotech
  • Experience of cross-border pricing risk management (IRP, LSO, Price Floors, Gross to Net optimisation) and scenario modelling/analysis skills
  • Advanced analytical and adaptable skills as well as excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Compete intensely and win mindset
  • Solid understanding of global pricing and reimbursement systems, healthcare, market and competitor trends

  • Tax compliance and reporting: Responsible for calculations and compliance for: GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits
  • Manage the review of all applicable U.S. international tax compliance forms prepared by external service provider such as Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 8992, and related disclosures
