Global Assignments designs, manages, and oversees international personnel deployments, promoting diversity and a global orientation within the group. The role ensures HR compliance for international assignments, manages tax-related issues, and facilitates smooth communication between internal and external partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating the Global Tax Provider processes between the group companies and the involved departments (taxation, human resources, finance, and controlling) and the tax advisor working globally for the group
  • managing and developing the policy for the taxation of assignees within the group (Tax Policy)
  • clarifying fundamental tax-related issues for assignees regarding international assignments
  • ensuring the correct recording of data for personnel systems, controlling systems (including cost controlling), and payroll
  • participating in various projects and special tasks in the Global Assignments area with a focus on topics related to the taxation and compensation of assignees

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in a commercial or legal field (focus on taxes)
  • completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., tax clerk or tax specialist) or comparable qualification
  • completed tax advisor exam
  • practical experience in tax consulting, ideally with a focus on international tax law
  • intercultural competence, demonstrated for example through stays abroad
  • above-average communication and cooperation skills
  • ability to manage complex processes using a structured, analytical approach
  • German language level C1
  • English language level B2 (additional language skills desirable)
