2+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Law, International Employment, or other cross‑border compliance fields

Job Responsibility

Manage official employment and termination processes for the company’s entities in various locations, ensuring full compliance with local labour laws
Prepare and coordinate documentation for visas, work permits, and residence permits
support employees throughout the legalization process
Provide consultations on international taxation, double taxation, social security matters, and support C2C calculations
Ensure ongoing compliance of the company’s international entities with local labour and immigration laws.
Partner with HR, Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to the Global Mobility area
Track case statuses, prepare reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights on process efficiency, risks, and required improvements
Develop and maintain the internal knowledge base, policies, and process documentation related to the Global Mobility area

Job Responsibility

Ensure the smooth execution of global mobility cases across Poland, while also supporting other assigned countries
Work closely with personnel planning long-term relocation to ensure that immigration implications are identified and managed
Conduct initial calls with personnel to review immigration backgrounds and/or relocation needs and to determine how to best move forward in the hire or relocation process
Consult and advise recruiters in the process of relocation set up for foreign new hire candidates
